We are a private billing practice and all billing is at the doctor’s discretion.

Our General Practitioners are tenant doctors and as such set their own fees which vary based on the consult time as well as the complexity or any additional care or procedures undertaken. Please see individual GP bios for specifics around their billing policy, as not all our GP’s bulkbill children.

Please be aware that missing an appointment, cancelling without 2 hours notice or arriving late requiring rescheduling incurs a non-attendance fee which may be up to the cost of the expected consult and does not attract a Medicare rebate.

As a guide to consult fees from our general practitioners in 2024:

Up to 15 minutes: Initial cost $90 (rebate $41.40)

Up to 30 minutes: Initial cost $150-180 (rebate $80.10)

Up to 60 minutes: Initial cost $220-260 (rebate $118.00)

Ear microsuction: Initial cost $240 approx. (out of pocket cost approx. $50)
