If you are a regular patient and you require a repeat script then you may request this through hotdoc by following the below link. Please be aware that there is an out of pocket fee associated with this. Some requests may be cancelled and a consult advised if your GP requires more information to satisfy your safety or Medicare requirements. Unfortunately, medications of dependency (S8 medications), benzodiazepines, zolpidem and antibiotic scripts will not be accepted without a consult.
If you are a regular patient and require a renewal of a referral that we have previously provided to your specialist then you may request this through hotdoc by following the below link. Please be aware that there is an out of pocket fee associated with this.
Requests for a referral may be cancelled and an in person appointment requested if there is a need to update your specialist on recent events or your condition has not been reviewed recently. Please also note that referrals cannot be backdated and completion of referrals may take several days, particularly if your request is cancelled and an appointment is needed.
If you require a booking please click the link below which will take you to hotdoc to book your appointment. Please note that you will require a telehealth appointment if you test positive for covid.
Telehealth services are available for our patients if you have been seen within the last 12 months or if you have covid. Please note that due to Medicare restrictions these are short appointments and that many medical issues cannot be assessed adequately over the phone.
